Dr. Murdoch and his team are just fantastic! So friendly and knowledgeable making our visits so enjoyable. I really appreciated how Dr. Murdoch took the time to speak to my son and not just me about his Invisalign . Thank you!!

I am very happy with the care that my children have received. We love the office atmosphere, the staff and the cutting edge technology. We felt very welcome right from our first visit. And now that both of my children are 6 months into their treatment, it’s exciting to watch how quickly we are seeing results! Dr. Murdoch is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall our experience has been top notch!

I was very happy with the care that I received from Dr Murdoch and his staff. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed up my mouth and I was happy with the result of my smile. There were a few bad things though...

1. The Rude Receptionist
I am not saying names, but there was this one receptionist that was so rude, constantly shooting me dirty looks when an appointment time doesn't work for me, being nosy and asking a teenager about his love life, angrily talking to me on the phone, chewing me out and lecturing me when I'm FIVE MINUTES LATE! She needs to get her act together if she wants Dr Murdoch to have an overall good reputation because I was NOT impressed.
2. A time that I remember was when my appliance came loose the day before the appointment. I decided to just let them fix it when I got there because I was going the next day anyways. I showed it to one of the staff members when they were checking my mouth and they got mad at me and yelled at me for not calling them about it and for wasting their time by having to take it out and reglue it. I don't really like to get yelled at.....
3. Even though they yelled at me for being a bit late, when I was usually on time, I had to wait for a very looong time before the staff called my name. And then they'd blame me for being behind schedule. Seriously?!
Otherwise, good treatment but the staff are unreasonable. Dr Murdoch is fine and the best though :)

Dr Murdoch himself is always busy taking on new customer and his assistance doing all the job and they are always in rush. They don't spend enough time to explain what are they doing and how things are progressing. If there is anything that need to be checked by dr Murdoch himself, you have to book a seperate app most of the times. The staff have always smile on their face , but that is all. When it comes to do their job they are not that nice. I could see one of my son's theeth start to change colour, however the lady who put new arch wires didn't even check to warn him that he is missing the spot in his brushing. When you spend your money and time, that is the least you could expect of your orthodontist.
Now for my daughter I definitely looking for some orthodontist who is more involved in the process .

Great Orthodontist and staff. Very friendly and helpful. My three children have beautiful smiles thanks to Dr Murdoch and staff! I would recommend him to anyone.
