He's a great doctor. Only reason I have helpfulness at a 4 is because sometimes I leave and realize I didn't get an answer to my question. Also spends a lot of time reading my file, but I guess that's a good thing. Has helped me with many issues over the 25 years, and even though I moved half an hour away, I still choose to have him as my GP. Thanks Jim!!

Great doctor that doesn't rush you out the door. Let's you ask all of the questions that you want to ask and explains the answers to you in detail. If you don't want a caring doctor that takes the time to listen and would prefer one that pushes you out so that appointments stay exactly on time, then go elsewhere.

Best doctor there is. He really listens and cares. He even called my daughter to check up on her when I mentioned I was concerned about her. Very impressive!

I love this doctor! He has been my doctor for 28 years. He is kind and caring. I dont think i will ever find another one like him. He listens, and explains things. I noticed some people say they have to wait long. but really i dont think i had to wait long. Always has a smile too.

I always knew Dr. Bulger was a great doctor, but didn't know he was exceptional until I moved out of province. I miss his care and bedside manner which occasionally came with the price of waiting but that is because he takes as long as he needs to with a patient and doesn't rush you out as the doctors in here do. He is also not a pill pusher. Any doctor can write a prescription but it takes a special one to listen and analyze your situation and find alternatives to meds. He is kind man, I miss having him as my doctor.

Dr. Bulger has been my doctor since I was born ( I am 28 now). He truly cares about his patients and takes the time find out how my life is going, thats why I don't mind waiting for him. I really like that he is not a pill pusher and although he is very knowledgeable he will make referrals when needed. The staff are great too! Miss having him as my doctor!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bulger was very nice and I felt very comfortable with him. He has helped me deal with a lot of issues without making me feel rushed, which is why he is not always on time. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
