Dr. Issar is a professional, competent and kind hearted Doctor. He makes me feel comfortable when I disclose my medical issues. He is also very humble when he takes care of me and articulates himself. I have been a patient for over 21 years!

Dr. Issar is excellent. Doesn't rush you and listens well when you have a health issue. He is very understanding and patient with my son who is autistic and afraid of doctors.
I've been a patient over 25 years and feel very fortunate to have an excellent doctor. Linda is totally amazing too. Very calming and great at doing blood work !

I have been a patient for many years. I wouldn't trust another doctor he's been nothing but kind and helpful. Even when I lived up north I did the drive into the city.
