Dr. Zigman really listens to you. He also takes the necessary time to explains things. He works with his patients to find solutions, treatments, ways forward, and follows up to make sure things are working out.

Dr. Zigman has been my family doctor for nearly 30 years. I originally chose him as my physician because of his advanced accreditations in family medicine and because of his involvement in teaching.

He is very professional and meticulous in his approach. He takes any health concern I raise seriously and investigates it thoroughly. He stays current on the best practices in his field and modifies his approach as new science warrants.

He is not big on chit chat and he focuses conversations on specific accurate information about your health that he needs to do his job. If you're waiting to see him, you can be assured that he's not wasting his time chatting with another patient.

His office is well run and he is reasonably accessible if you need to see him.

When rating a doctor, one must consider what is most important - knowledge or compassion. In an ideal world, a doctor would excel in both. I give Dr. Zigman 5 stars for knowledge but only 2 for compassion.
