Dr. Chen may have all of his credentials in order, but his attitude is horrible. Is is unfortunate that during such a precious time is your life you're not receiving the best overall care.

As a Doctor, Dr. Chen was courteous during all the doctors visits with my first son, but when it was time to deliver and Dr. Chen came into the delivery room my husband already had the video camera out, and Dr. Chen yelled at him and told him to put the camera away. He was very mad, and had never even mentioned to us that we wouldn't be able to videotape. So my husband put it away, and Dr. Chen finally calmed down. During this little episode my baby had already crowned, and all I wanted to do was push and get the baby out. Dr. Chen's staff was so horrible. They blamed me for losing my lab papers on my first visit, when they never gave them to me, and I didn't know I had to go to the lab. They never ever called me with lab results even though Dr. Chen said in the chart they left a message on the phone...and I even checked to make sure they had the right phone number, and they did. They were rude, and even scheduled an ultrasound appt. for me at another place without asking me.
