Dr. Rafferty is the kind of doctor that always has time to listen to your problems and answers them in understandable language. His follow up care is excellent.

Dr. Rafferty does not see you as a patient, but as a person. Years ago, when he worked in outpatients, he was an amazing and kind doctor.

Dr. Rafferty has been around for a long time; I recall seeing him in the 1970's. He is a kind, compassionate, and has a good, solid reputation. If he were handy to where I live and taking new patients, I wouldn't hesitate a minute!

Dr. Rafferty was always kind to me when he used to work in the emergency room in Kentville. At a time some of the other doctors assumed my medical problems were psychological Dr. Rafferty knew they were not. He was right! While some of the others treated me with disdain, nastiness, and one even made fun of me Dr. Rafferty was always kind. I will always remain grateful to him for his compassion and care. He never let me down and for this I will always be thankful. He is what a doctor should be.

Very friendly but easily side tracked. Goes beyond what most doctors would to help but at the sametime can be hard to get a firm answer from. However, he has helped me each time I have gone in and I like him as a doctor.

Usually more interested in talking about non-related things then your health.. I would have a different doctor if one was taking new patients. The health nurse at the clinic knows way more then Dr. Rafferty does, I usually diagnose myself at Mayo Clinic symptom checker online and then tell him what is wrong with me or I would probably be dead..
