Blue Cross / Blue Shield
We were charged $150 for what they claim was ONE minute over the 60 minute anasthesia time (on a 45 minute surgery), when in fact our anesthesia time ran from 8:04 to 8:55....even according to their billing records. Their billing practices are completely fraudulent. The office staff harasses for payment with multiple calls and texts beforehand, and now I know why. This is a separate cost from the very competent oral surgeon. Do not use this doctor. It’s an absolutely racket.
