She was not my dr. but is the owner of the practice, where I saw Dr Mount. After the appt I go to the receptionist for another appt and ask for chart notes, the idiot receptionist says I dont do that. For 3 yrs they always have and now this dope can't won't what ever. She says ask Emily. Mounts asst who is no bargain either. Long story short I was never ever rude, raise my voice or cussing. Only asked for the chart notes, said I understood they weren't ready mail them when done . She goes on tirade, I never said anything during this and when she said her last I dont do this, I said clearly and went to leave and she yells across the room Clearly. Real professionals working there. Next I get a letter from Khan I was inappropriate. I sent a letter to Mount and Khan about what I did that was so wrong, besides asking for notes. Never got a answer and not sure if the idiot gave it to them. Either way they dont have your back and the staff are not worth crap there. Be careful what you ask for there

Horrible doctor and rude and incompetent staff. She hires new staff on a monthly basis.
She is only about making the money not doing forand actually listening to and helping her patients.

Wow I wouldn't actually even call Ms. Kahn a doctor. Her knowledge for medical issues is through her use of a laptop whenever you're seen by her. I was told by another doctor she is under review for passing out pain men's like candy and now pushes an extremely expensive machine that the patient has to purchase as it hooks up to your ear lobes and it did nothing at all for my mother. I really could go on and on but please everyone considering her for your doctor, good luck to you and know your time would be better spent really investigating and finding a real doctor.

She has been my doctor for 6 years now. Love her knowledge. She is very loving and caring. She also takes care of my mom, husband and daughter.

Was with Dr. Kahn for 10 years, the first 7 years she was the best. Now it's more about business than doctoring. Her staff is less than courteous, it's more like they are doing you a favor. That's not what I want from my doctor's visit nor from my physician. Be prepared to wait, to be rescheduled or to have appointments cancelled.

Dr Kohn is an amazing Dr. She actually listens to patients and goes for lifestyle changes before prescribing drugs. Very knowledgeable.

I had been seeing Dr. Kahn for almost ten years. She has always been a rock solid provider. However, her billing associate Bonnie was unclear and lacked flexibility on payments. When my husband called to make a $50 payment Bonnie declined stating that we were sent to collections. So, We waited for paperwork from collections. Three months later Bonnie called requesting payment and when my husband stated that we tried to pay and she sent us to collections it was all bad. This was all over $200.00 Sadly, I am having to change providers now because of this ordeal. I think that Dr Kahn has been one of the best providers in Grants Pass, however, I am not so sure about the billing staff.
