He spends most of his time blustering about things that are slightly off topic. He couldn't diagnose a common cold, in fact he misdiagnosed cancer as a cold at first, then bumped it up to pneumonia. By the time another Dr. "accidentally" stepped in and saw what was happening, it was too late for any effective treatment, but yet he still recommended radiation that seemed to hasten the cancer.
