Dr. Rember has guided me through some very trying times during the past 3+ years. I find her to be very pleasant, understanding, and humble. She has sent me on to other doctors when needed and I've found her selection of same to be spot-on. The reception staff knows me by voice when I call in and, of course, by sight when I walk in for an appointment. I have yet to not see a smile on their faces and in their voices when they greet a patient. At those times when Dr. R is not available other Dr's have stepped in and taken the problem (whatever it might be) in hand given excellent treatment or advice. I'm very satisfied with my on-going treatment at the Pacific Medical Group.

Each time I visit her, she has different, sometimes contradicting diagnosis. Moody.Staff in the office is rude, disorganized and makes a lot in errors in billing.

I first started seeing Dr. R when I moved here 5 years ago. I had been in a bad car accident and needed to see someone for that as well as the norm (physical, annual, antibiotics, prescriptions...etc.). She is by far the worst doctor I've ever seen. In order for me to get any help of ANY kind from her regarding my back (including referrals, treatment options) I had to tell her that I'd rather be dead than live with this pain every day and her response was, "What do you want me to do?" It seemed like she never actually listened or heard what I had to say and what my concerns were. It seemed as though she was so she just wanted to go on to the next person without missing a step; there was no time spent going over concerns. Trying to get a referral to attempt treatment was like pulling teeth. The only thing she really ever cared about was the fact that I had started to put on weight due to my increase in back pain and issues. I don't recommend!

I have DR R since I was 18 now 32, When I was 28 my back flared up and never went away and it was locking up badly trying to get any pain relief was like yanking teeth from her. I had a real issue, come to find out after switching Docs. I had an xray that was never suggested by Rember and a MRI I am now given the meds I need by a dr that doesn't play the lets get the patient in and out in 5 minutes cause were so backed up here. Why I stayed so long with her IDK. I should of bolted the day I had another kidney stone and her reply was I don't think u have stones since when did you start getting these and I had come in on 10 different occasions with chronic kidney stones I don't know why she was so afraid to give me 10 vicodin please ill really become an addict over that. My new dr not only gives me what I need to function from my 2 bad discs, bad cushion, and sciatica but 1 prescription lasts me 4 months she thinks i should take more!So I can stay comfortable. DR R never believed

Office staff bills wrong having to correct and recorrect them each time I go in, doctor doesn't listen to me, gets grumpy because I came in for one thing and she wanted to do something else, barks orders at you, will not help you on one thing unless you do what she wants on a completely different matter, it seems to me her mood insinuates her diagnosis. I am changing doctors because I do not trust her judgement any longer.

I have gone to her for 15 years. She is a very caring doctor. Always makes me feel like she's listening to me.
