I gave the lowest score possible for Dr. Louton because of her "bed side" manner. First, we waited for about 15 minutes in an office that looked empty to me. Maybe it was because I am young and only was having a minor procedure, but I found her to be condescending and very disinterested. She also insulted the friend I brought with me by making several personal comments regarding my friends apperance. I feel Dr. Louton is more interested in being a feeder to her husband's plastic surgery practice than actually helping women or making them feel good about themselves. At first, I left feeling very insecure until my friend and I both agreed, the Doctor was the one with the problem. She also gave me bad advice on a blemish which I have since had corrected by a doctor who knew what he was doing. I would not recommend. To be fair under "staff", I really did not see anyone else.

Very knowledgable, espesially about my adult acne. Her husband, Robert Louton (or "Dr Bob" as all the staff called him) sent me to her after I asked some questions during my Botox treatment. I really liked her, she was super understanding.

Had a very good experience. Dr. Fanny Louton was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions regarding sensitive topics about skin issues. I had a good feeling when I left the office and would recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking into skin treatments.
