Dr. Devinney has always explained all of my medical conditions, treatment options, and medication options thoroughly so I have a full understanding of my health. She never appears annoyed by questions which I greatly appreciate. She is friendly yet professional, a social skill I wish more doctors had. When I call the office and she is not available right away I get a call back promptly (within 5 minutes) . Her staff is friendly and they do a good job of putting you at ease . The wait time can vary depending on the time of day, sometimes her office seems swamped. It has never caused her to rush through my appointment so I consider it a minor. annoyance.
