Does not reveiw patient history and check on patients needs and advise on precautions for patients to avoid SERIOUS issues..Does NOT make required connections with labs, diagnostic care in timely fashion. Very unprofessional attitude and apperance

Back in 1996, Dr. Donna Testa overlooked a diagnosis of Hashimotos Thyroiditis even after doing a TSH which clearly showed I had hypothyroidism which will increase the cholesterol and place me in danger for heart disease. When she realized what happened she ordered me immediately to the Hershey Pharmacy to start on synthroid, a thyroid replacement. When I drove there she had not called the pharmacy although this was urgent and the pharmacist had to call her. Needless to say I never returned back to her and saw an endocrinologist who was very concerned after looking at my labs and she shook her head.
