Biography
Dr. Joselito Ouano provides primary care with PrimeCare Fulton. He is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines. His residency was completed at The Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Ouano is also a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained his bachelor? degree in biology.
Very nice doctor and staff. Seems to solve problems with prescriptions. If you get sent out for tests the follow up about the results is fair. I guess if they don't call you everything is OK? He listens but doesn't really LISTEN to you. I wanted him to refer me to a specialist that knew how to treat my problem. When I got to the specialist that Dr. informed me he couldn't treat me, and said Dr. Ouano was not specific enough about my problem. It cost me $30 copay and wasted my time. I guess the problems with Doctors is they are too busy to spend the time needed with patients. If you have a medical problem do your own research first otherwise you will be sent all over for tests that are not needed. Maybe we could save money if we went to a medical researcher before going to a doctor for some medical problems.
