If you are young, or a woman, or have ANY mental health concerns then AVOID this doctor. He is condescending and unhelpful. Will make you feel like you're wasting his time and offer no support. I would have had help years ago had he given even a shred of understanding or empathy.

Useless Doctor.
Has no practical knowledge.
All he wants is prescribe people with Antibiotics.
Doesn’t follow up after appointments resulting in unresolved issues.
Don’t waste your time getting an appointment with him, a visit to the emerge is even more beneficial.

I reached out to Dr.Cluett after losing 50 pounds in 4 months, he said “by my calculations, you’re no longer obese, so it’s not a problem”. I’ve never felt so embarrassed or uncared for in my life. Horrible doctor & a worse person. I would not recommend him, especially if you’re a woman.

One long time desk staff short and condescending. Dr Cluett at times curt with me and my family when trying to explain issues and misses the point. I know he is busy but we are there for him to help not make us feel worse.

We have gone to Dr Cluett many years and find him a very good. We have had none of these negative things mentioned below in all the years he has been our family Doctor. - He would not be our Doctor any more if we had. We find him to be a very caring man who has always been there for us. Thank you and God Bless.

No follow up on tests. Asked for help regarding some serious mental health issues that my partner was dealing with. Got a call back from one of his staff. JUST go to Woodstock emergency for an assessment. I told her my partner was not going to do that. I told her to pass that on to the Dr. She said Have a nice day. No word since. So impressed by all the support. NOT!

I use to rave about this doctor but since the pandemic I have to change my opinion. I don’t mind phone appointments when it is just to request meds or lab work or go over it but when there is an issue that you can check over the phone and assumptions are used then I have an issue. He would not see me to check an issue you can only see in office. Just decided from past history that it wasn’t an issue, let’s just repeat meds from the past.
I know this is a tough time but it would have taken two minutes to confirm my concern.

I will not be calling this do again until I can see him in office even that he rushes you through . Sorry dr, cluett but I have lost faith.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cluett for just over 15 years. He is conscientious, supportive and doesn't withhold referrals. Just be sure to go in with an agenda/list of questions, because he does rush a bit. The nurses are lovely too, but the reception staff can be a bit abrupt. I suppose that comes with the job.

I am 89 years old and have been a patient of Dr Clett's since he first came to Tillsonburg. I can honestly say that he is an excellent general practitioner and I have learned of late that he is also an excellent diagnostician. Because of his alertness and ability he has saved me a great deal of pain. I have the highest regard for his patience, understanding and ability. He is always kind and thoughtful..... A real gentleman .

Having got to a mulitude of Doctors over my life time, I find Dr. Cluett the best. He listens. If he doesn't know something I inquire about he immediately looks it up. I never feel rushed. He is only late if there has been an emergency. Don't wait weeks to get an appointment. He isn't alway correct, no one is. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful to not only myself by hubby and parents as well. I find the attitude I start a conversation with anyone is usually the way they respond back to me. Everyone is allowed difficult days, if they are having one I try to bring them up. I highly recommend Dr. Cluett and the staff.
