He has been my doctor for 15 years when I developed 3 seperate terminal illness another doctor at his office that is no longer there got me refered to the specialists that saved my life still living with 2 very chronic diseases almost killing me a few times and having been to this doctors once a month every month sometimes twice a month for over 6 years I almost died from one of my diseases while i was being being treated for an illness I didnt have because I guess he dont remember all the times his office gave me emergency treatment and almost comas you would think he would know what my illness is after seeing me so much for 6 straight years but he didnt so he made up a fake illbess when I almost died again because he didnt know why I was laying there litterly dying I suffered for a week from my terminal illness close to death a couple of times my heart almost stopped beating completely I had no blood pressure some how I managed to wake up enough to speak " I need my one med to save my life. Still I could have an attack tomorrow and if he even remembers my name he or no one in that office will look in my records to see what one med I need so I wont die and his nurse is complaining everyday she hates her job most reputable doctors abd nurses think his office is a joke that office only cares about his pain management rules not no ones actual health or wellness it saddens me that after 15 years of knowing me that office dont care to know my health.its sad

Very poor and unprofessional service. I have a chronic disease and when my pain management doctor left town, I called to get scrip refilled through them as my primary care physician. It was a hassle and after being on hold for 20 minutes, the nurse told me too bad, they would not fill my scrips because he didn't place the original order and he could not see me. I had to wait three days to get meds for a chronic condition. Additionally, I was making $50 monthly payments on my bill but the statement only showed $1 being deducted each month. Likewise, that was a hassle to straighten out with them.
