Staff rude and indifferent. ALWAYS late for appointment. Doesn't listen. Actually took a personal phone call on her cell (non urgent) while I was in the examination room. I was having knee pain. NEVER LOOKED AT MY KNEE! Just wrote a script for an x ray. Just awful. Switched to Robert Dinitzio, who cares, listens and will take as much time as you need during an office visit.

I'm not sure what part of MDVIP she is but she clearly isn't a VIP. She is always late. She looks like she comes right off of the farm and right into the office.

MDVIP? Ha! A joke. I would not pay a copy let alone a fee to see this lady

First, it takes forever to get an appointment- there may be a two to three week wait for something non-urgent like a work physical. Appointments are rarely on time and are usually with the PA or NP. Office staff have several times tried to bill insurance for a Dr. visit even though I saw the NP. Billing staff have no idea what they are doing and have billed insurance I never had and told me the bill was rejected because I didn't give them accurate info! When I hand my card to them and say, this is my insurance doesn't that count? Evidently not since they billed a totally different company.

I had my one and only visit with this doctor. Staff is rude and miserable and the doctor was 45 minutes late for my appointment. I was the first patient of morning. The doctor did not listen to me and seemed to be preoccupied. She appeared to have gotten up late, rolled out of bed and showed up to work.

I waited over 30 minutes for a 15 minute appointment and while she was with me she barely listened to me. Honestly, she spent most of the appointment criticizing my college major. She then gave me medicine for symptoms I wasn't experiencing. Overall I was pretty disappointed.

Wait times are too long. When she finally gets around to seeing you, she is interrupted and has other things on her mind. Doesn't listen and doesn't follow up. When her staff made a mistake in scheduling and treatment, she never even apologized...nor was the correct treatment ever rescheduled. In my opinion, this doctor doesn't seem concerned about the patients well-being...seems only concerned with herding them through and collecting her money. Sorry to be so negative, but I took my elderly mother to her several times and this is what I feel based on how she was treated.

This office will NOT call or fax in a script for you. Office visits are rushed. You feel like you don't matter to them as a person.

My visit was rushed. Didn't get to ask questions about my problem. Just gave me a script and told me to come back in a week. :(
