I have been seeing Dr. Galbraith for almost twenty years now. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable, as well as being friendly and personable. She chats with you, acts like a real human being, which I have come to find rare in a physician. But... she has a terrible habit of cutting you off, not fully listening. Sometimes she starts explaining possible 'reasons' for the problem and you haven't even finished talking! I can't TELL you how many times I have had to repeat myself during some visits, and it was simply because she wasn't listening. I often wonder if it's because she is just so busy as I know she takes her job very seriously. As everyone else mentioned, she is almost always running late also, in twenty years I have gotten in on time just a handful of times.

Dr. Galbraith has been my GP for 20 years. She has always been supportive and interested in me as a whole person. She takes the time to listen and doesn't reach for the prescription pad the second you have an illness. She has always been respectful and I feel lucky to have her as my doctor.

I really appreciate that this doctor doesn't talk down to me. She explains things thoroughly and professionally. She is open to listening and is extremely knowledgeable. I really like the respect she shows me and doesn't act like she thinks I am stupid. She is efficient and very approachable.

My family Dr. for 18 years, I have always founf her kind and compassionate. I have had occassion to have serious health concerns, and she allowed me all the time neccessary in her office. This does cause waits, but i would rather wait for a thorough Dr than an on time less efficient DR. When i make an appt,I call ahead just prior to the appt -find out how late- then do some errands. I would not switch to anyone else.

This Dr. has a very bad bedside manner. About 10 years ago she mis-dignosed a friends pregnancy saying her child would be born with Downs, causing lots of stress to a newly pregnant Mom, needless to say she gave birth to a baby boy without downs. If she had any tact what so ever she would have dealt with the situation in a whole different way! I have been to her myself over the years when she was on call and the only Dr. to see. She was always rude and abrupt to me and my family....

she is the best!!!! I wouldn't have any other doctor!The only reason I gave her a 5 for punctuality, is that I don't mind waiting!! I know that when I am waiting that she is taking the time with another patient and that she will make suer that all the questions are addressed. I know that she will give me the same attention when I see her. She was the BEST pre-natal doctor. Thanks Dr Galbraith!!

Dr. Galbraith has been our family doctor for 19 years. If you don't get a morning appt. then you will usually be an hour behind. I would not go to anyone else. She is willing to look at alternative therapies as complimentary to conventional medicines. Dr. Galbraith truely cares about her patients and provides an enviroment openness. Discusses everything in a clear manner to make sure you understand and wants your inclusion/partnership of wellbeinging. I will regret her full retirement. Dr. Galbraith bring an old time medicine caring with a modern knowledge.
