I love the way dr sue handles everything in my health issues both her and paul but i dont like it when told to call her if something is still wrong. And u tell suzy on a message which they dont get back to for days or if they do answer they dont care if you were told to call sue rigjt away they dont put u threw to her it takes time to make an appointment with her i wish sr sue would take her phone calls and tell the sectaries to put u threw and dr. Paul is amazing as well hed pop in and say hi how are you while you're waiting for sue id twll him and hed take care of my issue i wouldnt want any other doctors and ive had her a very long time

Dr. Sue has been the most wonderful to me. She always takes the time to listen, and never judges. She will ask how you feel about everything before doing anything and always has the patients best interest. You never feel like your bothering her staff or her if you have to call the office for something. The front staff, I find, are just as wonderful, addressing things and following through. Waiting to see her doesn't really have an effect on me because I know the care I receive from her and he team is unparalleled. Amazing Dr. Both Dr Sue and Dr Paul.

You can expect to wait about an hour and half once taken to the exam room , and without any explanation for the wait either. After 3 pregnancies with this doctor, I learned this really isn't unusual for her at all. Very frustrating to say the least. But otherwise she's a good doctor from my experience. ( however she has been on vacation for my last 2 deliveries, so can't say much about her there.)

i have had sue as a doc since i was a child...she is very helpful in some ways and other ways she over looks things...i would never change my doctor as i am happy with being her patient...i just think in the future she should try working on not over looking patients as much.

I recently switched from sue, and it was the best thing i could have done. Whenever i had a probelm i had to wait over a month to see her and then she would give me the run around. She never listened to my problems or concerns and if i made her sit there and listen to me, she told me i wasn't going to die. I'm not one to run to the doctor over every little thing, but when she told me a lump i had growing would someday turn to cancer but refused to do anything about it until then, i went on a rampage. 2 years of fighting with her and the surgon, i finally had the tumor removed and then was laughed in my face telling me "told ya it was nothing more than fat right now". thank you, but i want to prevent cancer from going in my body...

I've been a patient of Dr. Sue's ever since my last doctor moved away from the area a month before my second child was to be born. He transfered me to Dr. Sue to finish care of me and my baby, but then after that she gave me forms to add my whole family. She is amazing, and very helpful. I know she has the best interest of the patient at heart. When I came in for my first prenatal appointment for my forth child and told her I wanted a VBA3C, she was so open to hear what I had to say. She wasn't like typical doctors who shoot you down at the first chance. I can understand why she isn't always as "punctual" as some people want, she is delivering babies after all. And we all know, babies do NOT care what a doctors hours are. I find her amazing in all the things she does! She is very nice and personable too. She can always get me the answers I need.

I recently had a visit with her on the 29th of July 2010. I never even had a scheduled appointment and she still agreed to see me. Her advice,respect,honesty,and willingness to help was great. When I didn't have a doctor, Paul saw me in the ER. Not only did he treat me with care and concern, he got to know my personality. When I was there one night and upset, he cared enough to ask what was wrong and gave me a hug after I was crying. I can't thank him enough for ALL that he has done for me.

I have had dr. Sue as a dr since they come to the area and now my kids have her. She is kind and compassionate and takes every min. she can to address a concern. She is fast on sending people to a specialist and makes sure she gets to the bottom of everything. Both my births were complicated and the one was an IVF baby, she was at my side all the time and did everything in her power. When I had my 2 tube preg she was there for me though it all(almost like it was her). She is very understanding and treats you as a friend she will also go out of her way on the street(out of practice) to stop and chat. Dr. Sue and Dr.Paul have been a great addition to our dr community.
