Staff rude beyond belief. Receptionist is in the wrong profession. A visit to your doctor is always stressful so the atmosphere should be welcoming and non-threatening. The wait is often too long in a very small, unwelcoming, waiting room. And when the receptionist ignores you or treat you with distain it is very disconcerting. The Dr. is good but his staff do not do anything to make the experince of meeting with the docotor a pleasnt one.

Best Dr in fredericton no doubt about very knowledgable and personable. Only draw back is when Alice retired. The new front desk girl does not hold a candle to Alice aside from that 10/10

Been a patient of Dr. Pond's for many years. Find him very knowledgeable. But when making referrals I find his receptionist takes 3-5 weeks to send the referral and when having tests done and told you will be called when results come in you will be called with an appointment she takes it on herself to decide whether you need to come in or not.

I find Dr. S Pond a very helpful doctor. However when trying to make an appointment it is almost impossible to get through to the office and when you do have an appointment there is ALWAYS an hour or more wait to see him. Never get test results back unless call the office yourself than again almost impossible to get through.

Love Dr. S Pond. But when you have an appointment and have to wait for over an hour is a bit much. This happens with every appointment . Do believe his receptionist over books.

One of the best doctors in all of Fredericton! Dr. Pond is our family doctor and he truly is a wonderful, caring Doctor! His receptionist Paulette, is also wonderful!! We are a family of 3 and he's been our Dr. for 3.5 years! We actually met him...when our son was born & asked if he was taking new patients. As a family, we feel very blessed to have him as our doctor! Dr. Pond is an all-round wonderful man & a great listener! The very best Doctor in our opinion!! We are beyond thankful for him!

Dr. Pond is an excellent physician. I respect his opinions and value his advice. His staff, however, pulls his ratings down. My wife had a medical test and was not advised of the results, nor did his secretary send the results to the surgeon (in an office on the same floor). I had an x-ray over a month ago and still have not received the results. It is a constant struggle to get the smallest amount of cooperation from the secretary. It's a shame.

DR Pond is fantastic! Even when I make the move to Moncton i will still make the 1.5 hour drive up to Fredericton to see him regularly!

Dr. Pond is a fantastic doctor. He takes the time to enquirer on your personnal life and asks a lot of question to always no more about your health. He is very knowledgeable and always on time. However his new Admin Assistant is lacking quite a bit...no manners, not making appointments because she thinks she knows the answer to the health problem, I miss Alice!!!!!!!
