This Dr has been fined by adma and dyersburg heatlh dept. Her office is nasty. She is horrible to her patients. I know personally that she took a lday off of her heart meds and within a week this lady had a heart attack. She lost her license in Indiana so she came here and is not treating her patients right here either. So please do not go to this Dr if you value your health care.

This so called Dr has a terrible personality. I called and asked for blood work to be mailed to me and was told by her that it would not happen- I would have to pick it up. Her office is filthy and in my opinion she should be inspected by the health dept.
