The staff used to be amazing but that has changed. The newer receptionist is very rude and condescending. Dr Achyuthan was so on top of things and caring when we started seeing her over 20 years ago but that has changed. She has missed things on diagnostic tests that I’ve had to point out and request an appointment for. Overall decline in care and staff is shocking and she just isn’t the same.

Condescending, doesn't listen to concerns. Rushes you out of there. Absolutely no care or help for patients with mental health issues. Was my family doctor for over 20 years but has completely changed - would never go back or let anyone I care for see her.

has been my family doctor since before i was born, went to her for my own children and now they aren’t considered patients since they weren’t seen before the pandemic started without any referral for them. now i’m left scrambling to find someone to take my daughter when she needs a surgery.. no care for patients and the woman who answered the phone was unfriendly and rude. no help. don’t give this medical practice anymore money.

Dr. Achyuthan is a great doctor, cares about her patients and in my experience very helpful and knowledgeable. She does listen to concerns and issues. She is not one to push medicine when not needed, which I feel is a great quality. Hope she never retires.

Very rude and condescending. Doesn’t listen to any of your concerns and dismisses your issues very quickly. She is short and doesn’t answer any questions. She rather insist on the same method of treatment/medication instead of considering other options.

I think she should retire. It's like she has no time for patients and she is not interested in what you tell her and dismisses your concerns. While most issues are minor, there is the one time it's not and no excuse for those misses in diagnosis that other doctors catch immediately. Staff are great.

Poor. She has declined in her care and quality throughout the years. She is not reliable, doesn’t complete tasks and important referrals, doesn’t pay attention to detail, poor clinically BUT she appears friendly most of time and has excellent staff. This woman’s colleague in the clinic is one of, if not the, best works Drs in Saskatchewan. I wished we could see her :-(.

Geeta has been my doctor for over 15 years and it seems she has gotten worse and worse. She has no idea what is going on half the time and is always running late. She only allows one concern at a time and is super condescending and rude. I will not be going to her anymore.
