I went there seeking mental health help and a referral to a psychiatrist. She gave me a self-report questionnaire about ADHD, which many people told me to get tested for as I have a lot of symptoms. Told me to work on the questionnaire over 4 weeks. I procrastinated doing the paper and waited until the day of the appointment. When I passed it in she told me I was exaggerating and was not convinced I had ADHD. Wanted to treat me for anxiety, but I've had anxiety medication before and they didn't help so I refused. Then she told me to lose weight, and sent me with bloodwork to check my sugars. My mental health appointment turned into me being checked for diabetes. I'm assuming when I lose weight my ADHD symptoms will disappear?

Here is my story had me on serroquel for 8 months first put me on lithium never took antispsychotics before. I as deathly allergic to serr Inwent into psychosis. After misdiagnosng me with bi polar she put on prozak. I wasnt depressed i was allergicto serroquel. I have severe anxiety and ptsd. She refuses anxiety medication insteadntriesnto push antidepressants. Had a leep last year not by her I have endometriosis fibroids cysts and a regrowing kidney stone she refuses to address i have extreme vertigo and she is constantly making me wait extensive days for any medication. She has fallen asleep at multiple appointments... with multiple different patients!!!
My mother is chronically ill and had fallen septic under her care, and will forever be ill because of it.
SHE DOES NOT REMEMBER HER PATIENTS!
SHE DOES NOT CHECK HER CHARTS!
SHE DOES NOT KEEP UP WITH MEDICATIONS!
SHE MAKES FATAL ERRORS.
I really hope others can seek another family doctor, if you have any type of illness I would not feel safe in her care.

ER no bedside manner, communication skill, nil. Either she does not listen,or she has made up her mind. Does not look at chart, keeps asking the same questions??? Went to Reg.Hospital for Cat Scan, called us in Reg parking to say scan was ok, go home get prescriptions filled, make appointment with own Dr. I was supposed to go back to GB Hospital to get ID needle out, my son took it out when we got home....Not at all pleased !!! Where did she get her medical license?

THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MEDICAL RECORDS. DID SHE EVEN KEEP MY MEDICAL FILES? NOW I HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN AND DO ALL THE TESTS. VERY UPSETTING. JUST KEEPS PUSHING PILLS THAT CAUSE OTHER HEALTH ISSUES AND NEVER HELP THE ISSUE AT HANDS. UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR AND STAFF.

I love Dr.Haq she is so wonderful to all her patients she is also very nice to the nursing staff and is a very smart woman who is kind to everyone. She takes the time to listen to her patients.

Waited less then 10 min. for my First appointment. Was greeted with a smile and small talk. Dr had a smile the whole appointment and asked many questions. She seemed as though she truly wanted to get to know me. Her staff also was friendly.

Guys instead of griping here contact the Ministry of Health or The Ontario Medical Association. Demand to see the Minister Of Health and if you can prove misdiagnosis sue the pants off of these quacks, and if The Ontario Medical Association has the nerve to defend these doctors let us picket them until they see the light. My wife and I were patients of Dr. Craig over the past seven or so years before he retired he became very careless as a result of that my wife was misdiagnosed with skin cancer. Dr. Haq seems to think that the O.H.I.P. is funded solely by the Province of Ontario and that we should not use the Governments' money for tests etc. I had to inform her that my taxes helps to fund O.H.I.P.

Due to "doctor" Haq's great knowledge we lost a wonderful women in 2010 because she misdiagnosed cancer as "bronchitis". Disgusting would recommend any paitients of hers to turn are run the other way because her poor diagnosis could honestly cost you your life.

Her office took over my file from Dr. Craig's office. She will put her own self interests ahead of patient care. Run for the hills and find another family doctor, as I am. She does not hold a candle to Dr. Craig, in fact she will light you with that same candle before she takes patient care seriously.
