Very unknowledgeable, and has the worst staff, not helpful, and very rude.

She is a bit arrogant, must agree with pp. she doesn't have the best bedside manner and even if she doesn't mean to be rude, it can sometimes come across that way. have had several encounters where i was honestly quite shocked with her behavior and attitude - she can be VERY abbrasive. by the way, once had to cancel an appt. because my babysitter was a no show (dr. j once made a comment to me about finding a babysitter when i brought my child to the office so i took the hint) and the office had the nerve to send me a bill for $60. i paid it and will never return...this was just my experience - there might be many patients who think she's fabulous :)!

She is quite rude and arrogant and defensive. Flip-flopped on a diagnosis: cancer, not cancer, maybe cancer, not cancer. Who knows? Not her.

I went to her for problem skin and she gave me a cream which turned out to me a lighten which dryed my skin out and made it very red. Stopped using it and never went back. I went to her because I had always had bad skin. She said I have pcos in which I did so maybe she is in the wrong field?

Agree with previous comments. This doc seems to have the "God complex" in a real bad way. Doesn't take patient input or criticism well at all. Seems to be a bit of a loose cannon. Gets upset when insurance companies write to her and takes it out on patinet. Screwed up in the head.

I too had a bad experience with this particular doctor. Does not want to hear from the patient or listen. Very unskilled and will not own up to her mistakes.

This doctor is Dr. Mengala in disguise. Supposed to help your skin but if she thinks you are being vain, will actually deliberately damage it. Much of this damage is irreversible. Mental problems galore. Anyone who doesn't want scarring that can't be fixed, stay away for your own good. She should not be allowed to treat anyone's face, believe me.
