Dr. Lipperd is the best doctor. His office is so convenient and I love all of his staff. Recommend him to everyone!

Dr Lipperd and his staff are fantastic. From scheduling my appointment to checking out the entire staff was very professional but yet friendly. Dr. Lipperd is a great. I will be returning and have recommended him to my family and friends.

I came to see Dr. Lipperd as a new patient with flank pain. He immediately sent me for a ct scan for a suspected kidney stone, and he was RIGHT. The nurses were really quick to set me up for a referral with a urologist. Everyone was so nice, I was able to get in quickly and out again.

I was very disappointed to arrive for an appt for a knee problem. Due to my clothing I told the nurse I would need to take off my leggings so he could examine. She told me it makes him very uncomfortable when people are unclothed. I am 58, with a buldging bakers cyst behind my knee. Really? He came in, never physically checked my knee. Sent me for an u,trasound based upon me telling him my history. How can I trust a doctor who is too shy to examine me? She also mentioned he has been asked by patients for Pap smears. She said he won't do that! I respect his decision on that I guess, but very awkward as a patient to hear these things. I will not return to this clinic.

LIPPERD JUST NEEDS TO DO HIS JOB. POOR PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENTS AS IT SEEMS EVERY VISIT IS A FIRST VISIT. FEEL I WILL BE SEEKING A NEW GP SOON.

Everyone seems very nice and have been helpful. I have not had any problems, so really cant say anything about treatment if there was a problem. Some of the negative comments have left me very concerned though. However, he was recommended by a physician whose opinion I value greatly.

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The nurses are friendly and smart. They listen to what I tell them. Dr. Lipperd is available and does what he can to help you feel better quickly.

Dr. Lipperd sent me for a series of nuclear medicine tests on my gallbladder, then sent me to a specialist for a surgical consult. The surgeon questioned why I had been sent to him for a consult as the test results did not warrant surgery to remove my gallbladder... Kim Roberts contacted me with my scheduled surgery information - what? Turns out Dr. Lipperd had not reviewed the initial test results, but proceeded to instruct me to "go ahead and have your gallbladder removed anyway." SERIOUSLY. $1,600 and 2 years later, my gallbladder and I are doing just fine! My records from his office are incomplete and some information is fabricated. I honestly thought they had given me someone elses records. Have since filed complaints with Brookwood Hospital and Blue Cross, and looking for new doctor. Nurse (?) Kim Roberts consisntently late and not prompt to return phone calls. Walked in on her in ladies room of local restaurant last year while she was snorting cocaine - for real.
