I've never felt confidence in a doctor, like I have for many years with Dr. Koscis is a wonderful , caring, knowledgeable man. I trusted him with my whole family. Since having to move away , I miss him , and his Fantastic staff more than I can say . Thankyou Doc for all those great years, you're the very best.

I lost trust in him once he started pushing me to get the covid vaccine. It is well documented in peer reviewed studies that it is ineffective and does not prevent the spread.

He is very overworked and sometimes he seemskind of gruff and uncaring . But he has been my doctor for over 30 years and I trust him wholeheartedly. His staff are always top notch and I really do not have any complaints. Keep up the great work!!¡!

Kocis honestly just rushes and is lazy. Avoids ordering any tests and brushes everything off because I’m “young and athletic.” I get he’s probably overworked and I don’t mind him being behind all the time but come on at least be present once you’re in the room. Had strep once and he was on vacation and the NP that covers was also on vacation so I was left to chance the after hours clinic, seems ridiculous there was no coverage planned when he’s away. Also was very quick to drop me as a patient when I moved a few hours away even though it was only for a year, I’d gladly leave him if there were any other options in this province!

Dr Koscis is arrogant and rushes through patients so quickly he misdiagnoses. I begged him for antibiotics for a UTI I had and he refused, saying it was “muscle soreness” because I worked out the day before. I ended up in the hospital on morphine admitted with a kidney and bladder infection. He forgot to call my dad to tell him he had diabetes and my dad went a year without getting treatment. And the worst was when I came to him with symptoms of PCOS, he said “he can tell by looking at me that I don’t have it” because I’m thin. I then went ten years worried about my symptoms that he just insisted I take the birth control pill for them. Turns out I had a horrible syndrome that went a decade of just being covered up with the pill. Lastly he refuses to do generalized blood work for anyone and if they demand it he says “find another doctor”. Do not recommend.

Dr. Kocsis is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure to be a patient with. He is a straight shooter and directly tells it as it is. Some of the comments I read below seem to identify him as rude and harsh but I think this misunderstood as being direct. He answers all the questions required for me to understand what is happening. He recently diagnosed an issue that even the surgeon was surprised to hear it was identified at a routine family doctor visit.
The front office and nursing staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Based on what I hear from other people's accounts of their family doctor visits I hope that I outlive Dr. Kocsis.

I would not recommend him to anyone. He does not know as much as he thinks he does.
He says the heart has nothing to do with the legs and feet. Little does he know.

Dr. Kocsis is the best doctor, very kind and considerate. He is very intelligent and I have been with him for many years. I trust him with my life! His staff are also so warm and caring. I would be lost without them.
