Stay far far away from this so-called doctor. Lack basic medical knowledge, can't even distinguish between herpes simplex virus and herpes zoster virus. Has an ego bigger than his brain. What a disgrace!

Awful doctor. Numerous patients have died or almost died because of his careless treatment. Awful bedside manner: threatens and shames patients. NEVER see this doctor. He needs to be reported.

This physician has a lot of empathy and really cares about his patients. He looks after my elderly parents and they cannot stop singing his praises. So glad to have him in their lives

Receptionist gets a 4/5 as one of them is incredibly nice and helpful, the other is not. Punctuality is always an issue, had less waits in a city clinic. As for him, I never much to say about him until one visit in which I will NEVER see this man again. I had some tests done, to which he was not only rude in delivering the results, but completely wrong. I walked away being told I had an incurable, viral disease... Hep B in fact... turns out, he can't read a blood test report which stated I had the anti-bodies. When he said I had it, I questioned him on it (knowing basic high school biology) as I thought anti-bodies meant I had the vaccine - not the virus. I was told no, I was wrong, you have Hep B... got a call from the Public Health nurse as such, and I told her the situation. She corrected the situation with one referral and called me right back to rectify the issue. She was fantastic... I will not see this doctor ever again

A great and very knowlegable, polite doctor. Always willing to take time to listen and is usually spot on. Good bed side manner, which is certainly more than I can say for the very rude and uncaring receptionist, which we can't get past at times. Certainly not a people person. She turns away who she wants, so you end up going to another dr. what a shame, he doesn't even know he loses patients, because he is very good dr.

Dr Vorster is excellent. He takes time to talk to you, and there is no rushing you out the door, once you get in. Wait times are often long in the waiting room because of this. Dr Vorster takes time to answer any questions you have, I have not been to see him for anything major, but as my GP he is great. Would recommend to family & friends. Reception is not friendly, not able to leave messages on the answering machine, message states "DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE".
