Its hard to lose a Doc whos has known U all your life.. Then his replacement tells me I live too far away and I should give my spot to someone else!!!! Thats just RUDE and very unprofessional.... Miss Dr. Brian...

Dr. Hertwig is the best. Can get in within the day you call or the next day. Always pleasant and down to earth, his staff is amazing, hope he never retires. Good doctors like him are very hard to find. He is very professional. My husband and I really like him. My daughter had him and she moved away and was so disappointed she had to find another doctor. It was a 2 and a half hour drive from where she lives now , so she had to find a doctor in her area. She loved him. He is the best doctor wish all doctors were like him. Keep up the good work Dr. Hertwig your staff are as wonderful as you are.

Shows more concern for his salary than the health of his patients. Couldn't find test results in my file. Forgot to schedule a follow-up on a suspicious growth that turned out to be stage 4 cancer, delaying diagnosis, treatment, and worsening chances of survival.

My husband and I consider ourselves so fortunate to have Dr. Hertwig as our doctor. Although originally patients of his wife, Dr. Brian kept us as patients when his wife left the practice. I have seldom met a more caring individual with an amazing medical knowledge base. He is intuitive and a fantastic diagnostician. We hope he senses the great love, appreciation, and admiration all his patients have for him.

I believe I am probably one of his first patients I started seeing him when he had his office on Ross Street. He has cared for me and my 3 daughters (ex husband) and now all of my Grandchildren. I have had to wait from time to time in the waiting room but nothing drastic Would much rather wait there than emerg. I find him to be very caring and always checks into any issues I have and makes referrals even if just for precautions to rule things out. I feel very safe in his care. Not a pill pusher at all. Which I like. I Will be very sad when he retires.

I have had the privilege to be associated with Brian Hertwig for 29 years. We have sort of grown up together in the practise. I cannot convey enough thanks or admiration for being blessed by this man. He is the example of who a doctor really is...my rating is high to honour the man and the practise he has developed over these years. Brian continues to not only continues to maintain my file and that of my children, but now thankfully my grandchildren. It is with kindness and admiration that I continue to sing the praises of this worthy work in St. thomas. Brian and Staff thank you...may you never retire, we need more good men like you in the world.
