Dr. Gleason refused to write a letter needed to resolve an insurance issue. He also did not call patient back when patient had questions that other staff members could not answer.

Excellent and quick with quality. The couple of "major" appointments (caps) were completed in much less than the allotted appointment time. He knows his stuff.
