Dr. Ted Guarino is compassionate, empathetic, and very knowledgeable! He was recommended to our family by our children's pediatrician. Dr. Guarino is quick to reply emails, questions, or any concerns we had . His staff always accommodated our availability, lateness (eeek!) and last minute visits.

We saw Dr Guariono after my daughter had loss of vision in one eye. Dr G saw us immediately and within a few minutes after my daughter was in his office he diagnosed her with the correct diagnosis after she had an MRI. I was very happy with his knowledge and his expertise, he made us feel really comfortable and also at ease with the improvement that we seen from my daughters vision within a couple of days of treatment. He answered every question we had and encouraged us to ask questions an took the time to explain them until we understood correctly. He visited her while she was in the hospital every day even on Saturdays and Sundays overall I am very happy so far!

We moved to SF last year and had difficulty finding a doctor who compared to Dr. G. He has always been a great listener, compassionate, and very knowledgeable of medical approaches. Sooooo, now I have returned to Dr.G and drive down from SF

I am Dr. Guarino's patient. I may only be 13, but I say he is the best neurologist I know! I had my very first seizure when I was 5. Even I don't remember anything about it, my parents say that he was extremely knowledgeable and he helped them stay calm while I was in the hospital. He is a very kind, caring man. Best neurologist ever!

Dr Guarino was my son's Neuro from 6 mos old til we moved to Fresno and even after. The only time we changed was when gas went through the roof and it wasn't fiscally responsible to go all the way up there. And I am still hoping to be able to take him back up to Los Gatos because he's the best Neuro I've had any contact with!

Dr. Guarino is the first doctor my son has actually looked forward to going to see. He is a pediatric neurologist and treats my son for Attention Deficit Disorder. He LISTENS! He is very flexible with trying different meds and ideas in different ways. He talks to my son and tries to meet what he feels are my son's needs and wants. We have never waited in the office mroe than 10 minutes and he even returns email promptly. Highly recommend! He also treats many brain conditions.
