Dr Neufeld is the best doctor that I have ever had. His bedside manner is impeccable and his attitude is very upbeat and truthful. I would recommend him to anyone having a podiatric issue.

This office in Union is the worse. They are about getting the most money possible and that is it. Robert Neufeld will make you come in as many times as possible to give you the littlest amount of help. Had a MRI done after spraining ankle extremely bad, was given a walking boot with no clear instructions, once MRI was taken my ankle had gotten worse. Neufeld did a terrible job in explaining what was the problem and how and what I could do for my ankle to heal. Instead he suggested I come in "2 more weeks" to see how it was doing. Never gave me a copy of results, and when I asked to get them receptionist told me I would have to pay 10 dollars. After calling one of their other locations I was told their should NOT be a charge for MRI results they are free. These people just want money. Dr. Neufeld is money hungry. DO NOT GO HERE. I could continue to give more examnples...it just isn't enough space! BEWARE!

I recently had surgery Excision of soft tissue mass and a Gastroc Recession of the Rt. Foot. I've read that some people may have had issue with the staff. This was not my experience they appeared knowledgeable and Dr. Neufeld was both compasionate and knoweledgeable. The surgery went well and the Center For Ambulatory Surgery in Moutainside, where the surgery took place was great. I followed all after care instructions and am currently in physical therapy. While each person is entitled to his/her opnion I find it hard to beleieve his level of care would have such a degree of inconsistency. A friend of mines wife previously used him. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Lastly his medical records where computerized and notated right in the patients room. Lastly his practices and facility were sanitary. I was overall pleased with my level of care and would recommend him in the future

staff asked if I was a patient when I said yes but not in a couple of yrs. She stated he did not have an appt today and was going away til Jan. did not offer another dr. or even ask what was wrong!! Horrible staff.

Dr. Neufeld is awesome! He took care of my wart problem (Gross, I know..) and they have not returned. I found him through a friend at the gym who was treated at his office for a sports injury. We both had great experiences with Dr. Neufeld & his staff. Like someone below mentioned, his office really does go out of their way to communicate with people who do not speak English- pretty cool in my book!

thought the staff was extremely friendly, but the doctor was very unhelpful. I went to him for an infection in my toe I received from a pedicure (never again!). I went to him 5 different times and he was more concerned with getting as much money from me as possible. I had to re-explain my situation to him each time because he could not remember what the problem was (you would think it would be written in my chart!). I'm getting a 2nd opinion after 5 visits, numerous medications, and my condition getting worse.

The staff is very unorganized and incompetent (could not accurately verify insurance information, left does not know what the right hand is doing) I was overcharged and then reimbursed, disability docs not submitted in a timely fashion; the wife of Dr. Neufeld is the head of the office who is never there to resolve issues or complaints. I do not dispute that Dr. Neufeld is knowledgable; however, he has a very placating approach, instead of providing you with thorough and detailed information. Went in for a standard bunionectomy addtn'l surgery to correct fracture w/ Neufeld and another surgery with and advanced surgeon after being basically dumped by Neufeld....lets pray my nightmare will come to an end; however i may be looking at additional surgeries if the correction to the poor fixations were not successful. Good Luck.

I disagree.. I didn't find the office to be very unorganized and I was seen in a timely manner. I highly recommend this doctor.
