Saw Dr. Gerald and I can't believe the difference. He took time to listen to. when I went to him I just wanted him to give me what I thought I needed. He took the time to listen and then did what he felt he needed to do to figure out my problem. At first I was pissed but I'm so glad he did. I saw my X-rays and my nerve scan and for the first time understood why I had struggled for so long. Now I'm almost 100%. It took time but what would I expect after years of problems. Trust me. There's a big difference between feeling a little better and fixing an issue. So happy he didn't just lie me down and crack me event though that's what I wanted and got mad when he wouldn't do that.

Dr G just wants to see you every second day, do as many Unnecessary x-rays and scans and sell you as many products as possible until your broke! Any Chiropractor who tries to leading you to believe that the can cure scoliosis is Lying!!

Dr. Chartier is outgoing and seems friendly when you first meet with him, but does not support any form of treatment other than himself. He spent a lot of time talking about his successes (including the bar he owns) and really didn't focus on getting to know me or my health situation/concerns at all. He made negative comments about other chiropractors and their methods, which is unprofessional and just feels like a "used car salesman". He also completely discounted the benefits of massage, saying it's just a "useless placebo" that doesn't provide any healing benefit. What?? Overall, he just seemed arrogant and self-important. I had 2 treatments which were somewhat helpful but would not return solely because of his "bedside manner".

I would personally never go back to Dr. G, he consistantly adjusted me by hand minipulation on my neck when I told him I didn't want it done like that. I also know from personal experience that he tends to push patients off when they have questions. I paid 190 for x-rays and scans, that my other chiropractor didn't need to tell me the same thing.... waste of money i think to go see dr. g

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Chartier. His methods of treatments are extremely effective. I have never known Dr. G to be too busy to answer any questions and in fact is always welcome to a debate. For the individual who had two slipped discs, Dr. G. would never take a patient on without a scan or an X-Ray and not even without a minimum 30 minute consult. Are you sure you have the right Chiropractor? Perhaps your new one was more understanding because you went to her with a complaint and she wanted your business. More knowledgeable? What were the "hard" questions you asked Dr. G.? And for the individual who had problems with the drop table. Seriously, did you tell Dr. G. that you didn't want the drop BEFORE your adjustment? If you are serious about your road to recovery, you need to take a pro-active approach to your health which includes diet and exercise. People don't get this way overnight. Chiropractors can only help, but the onus is still for you to take care of yourself.

Went to see Dr. G for a few months. Had this low back pain and right hip pain. He pretended he cared and would adjust me in a hurry and send me on my way and never listen to me when I said my hip was still hurting. So found a different chiropractor in town. Sent me for xrays and now know why I have pain. Have 2 slipped discs. New chiropractor WAY more knowledgeable and SHE takes time to answer your questions even if her practice is VERY busy.

Dr. Chartier is very personable, and treats every patient like they're his best friend. He is good at what he does, and won't hesitate to meet you after hours for an emergency adjustment if necessary. By far the best chiropractor I've ever had!
