He is money hungry. Doesn't care about patients and what they truly need done. Paid 7,000 and honestly not sure what he truly had done. Basically cleanings and 6 teeth pulled. Don't go to him. He is way to pricey.

Very rude and condescending. His prices are the most expensive around. He advertises heavily on TV to replace the patients he constantly loses after they figure out they're being ripper off by Dr. Peck. All he cares about is money and will do unnecessary procedures to line his pockets. Shameful business practices.

Brenda is a rude receptionist. Dr. Peck charges the HIGHEST amount possible to insurance companies, just because they can. They charge patients UP FRONT at FULL COST before services are rendered. They are OUT -OF- NETWORK with every insurance company. They hold onto your money until insurance pays. They have a terrible business practice and you won't find a single doctor or hygienist that stays longer than a year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE.

Horrible customer service. Brenda, the receptionist is rude and completely unprofessional. I felt even worse after talking to Jarrod his son, who basically covered for Brenda. High prices, low hospitality…I will not be going back.

This so called dentist and his little assistant, treated me very rude . My first visit I sat in dentist chair for 30 minutes . His assistant comes in with a mirror asking me "what do you want done " ???? Confused and very upset by this rude behavior . Than Mr Peck quoted me 5000.00 to whiten my teeth !!! LOL Thank quoted my 15000.00 to have 5 crowns put in . Than continually asked my about his TV commercial ?? Than told me he didn't accept my coverage from HNE . Charged my 160.00 for a partial exam, poking my gums with metal instrument so hard they bled .. stay away from this monster !!

It has been many years since I've been to this office for any dental work. I found a new dentist that truly cares about his patients. I had a horrible experience at this dental office. I will not go into the details as there are to many to list. I would just like to tell people if something there doesn't seem right to you regarding a procedure or the amount being charged trust your gut instinct. I ended up in the hospital for 5 days after a procedure do to an allergic reaction from antibiotics. Please just trust your instincts when you choose this dental office.

Dr. Peck wanted to charge me $2400. for a crown. I said no and went to another dentist who did the work very well for $900. Dr. Peck must advertise heavily, and he does, to replace the patients he loses because of his extremely high prices. He is a shameless self-promoter who gives the dental profession a bad name. Be sure to ask about his prices before he does any work.

While the dental assistant/hygienist assigned to me was sensitive and front desk staff polite and welcoming, Dr. Peck was not. I felt manhandled during examinations. Estimates for the work and the costs kept changing. On my fourth visit I was informed I had four cavities. On my fifth visit, I had eight cavities (difference of two weeks). Dr. Peck finally admitted he would not know if these were cavities or stain until he opened up the teeth. So, his treatment assures that with or without cavities, I am billed for work done on my teeth, whether I needed it or not. Other problems exceed the word count allowed here, but also beware: During your first visit front office proceeds to sign you up for what is basically a dental credit card that ensures ongoing payments to Dr. Peck for a slew of services you may or may not need. No mention of cavities at that first visit or on that first estimate. I would be very careful engaging this dentist.

One of the nicest and most caring people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Peck has given me the best assistance with my dental needs, and I couldn't recommend a better experience. Same goes for all of the staff who have been most helpful and supportive.
