I love her. She's very caring and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to all my friends.

I find Dr. Bigland very pleasant,truely concerned, takes the time to answer all your question, if she doesn't know something she will find out for you ASAP.

Dr. Bigland is an astute physician. She queries the information given, and, will readily refer the patient to a specialist when she feels it is pertinent to do so. I am confident in her ability, and am comfortable asking questions that I may have. I have recommended her to several friends, who subsequently see her as their doctor. As well, I find her easy to talk to, enjoy her sense of humour, and her forthrightness. I can say, without hesitation, that I am alive and well today because four years ago, I went to see her on the suggestion of a neighbour.

I have never been so comfortable with a DR. my whole family goes to her. she is ALWAYS kind, helpfull and makes us feel like she has as much time as we need. She has made referrals when necessary and has never been too quick to diagnose. I highly reccomend her to anyone lucky enough to have her as a DR.

Too quick to diagnose and is a very nice person but seems more concerned with young mothers than anything

She is a really nice girl, but when I told her I had a nose bleed that lasted for five hours all I got told to do was go and buy some polysporin..it just seems like everytime you go to her with a problem you get told to go and buy some over the counter drug..she is too quick to judge in that aspect
