Il m’a probablement sauvé d’une deuxième crise cardiaque: mon ancien cardiologue m’avait donné une dose beaucoup trop élevée et Dr Nguyen a rectifié le tire tout en maintenant son professionnalisme et sans dénigrer les membres de son ordre professionnel en faisant une p’tite joke: “C’est comme au garage, des fois ça prend un autre type d’huile pour que ça fonctionne mieux!” Haha!

At the beginning I thought I had a wrong personal feeling about Doctor . Nguyen but when I read the comments form other patients I was sure that I am right , He dose not have any time to explain or advice for his patients,
he has only to make sure to exceed his daily target , Unfortunately due to big shortage of doctors I have to see him

Unfortunately this doctor is not serious and doesn’t listen. He jokes around and doesn’t take his patient seriously. Maybee it’s his way to relate to patients but when you see a cardiologist I would rather a thorough examination and professionalism.

I found that he had total lack of empathy and was condescending! He has an abrupt manner, he spoke in a rather rude and unfriendly way. When you are suddently hospitalised at the emergency because of an Angina attack, you need good care and being treated with respect.

What a horrible experience. He actually got angry one day that he had spent "16 min" in the appointment already. Made bad diagnosis and never new anything about my file. I had to start explaining from the beginning each time. Constantly had to repeat what he had done because he could never remember. He is great to start off but useless over a long period or with difficult situations. Never called my doctor back or the pharmacy and they both had to write a letter to complain. Worst experience of my life.
