just called the office for a fit in appointment for my son (he has croup). Was told that the fit in appointments are all booked until the middle of next week. With Dr Lockes limited hours as it is this is crazy! Hospitals tell you to go to your family doctor for non urgent care and this is what happens! Dr Locke really needs to re-evaluate this fit in appointment issue and hours worked as her patient basis seems to exceed her availability tenfold

Dr. Locke is the best doctor I have ever seen. I had another docotr who never remembered anything about you, she knows you on a personal level. She gives you the time you need and cares about you. She does not hesitate to recommend you to a specialist and also is willing to talk alternative thrapy to avoid having to put you on drugs. I have a recurring bladder issue and she worked with me to make sure I saw a specialist and that I wasen't constintly on antibiotics, which is a LOT more then what the specialist did, which was nothing but write me a script for antibiotics. She is sometimes busy, which can make her appear brisk, but she is still attentive and focused on you from the time you walk in the door till you leave, and she is one of the few doctors who still delievers her own clients babies. Probably one of the best doctors around anywhere.

Had to wait one and a half hours for a scheduled appointment - no apology. Did not appear confident in diagnosis. No follow up suggested.

I am just so sad at our state of healthcare when you can't even get through to your own doctor for a little baby. She has way too many patients which she admits and provides macdonalds care so have questions ready for her you will need to advocate for your own health. Word of advice don't let her rush you get what you need. You are a client and like a business you should be getting what you need or change doctors.

Dr. Jones-Locke has been my doc for 14 years. She was ok when I had nothing wrong with me. Since I was diagnosed with a disease 5 years ago, my satisfaction with her has deminished. She knows nothing about my condition and does not seem interested in knowing. She has far too many patients so it can take up to 2 months to get an appt. I have also never been in her office for more than 10 minutes, but I do end up waiting for at least 25min in her waiting room for every appt. She does not seem to listen or care about me a whole lot.

Diana has been my doctor for all my life. She takes forever to see, its ridiculous!!!! I dont think ive ever been in her office for more than two minutes and it takes a good month or two if you make an appointment.....I HOPE I DONT GET ILL SUDDEN CAUSE ID BE SCREWED!!!! And too be honest she is not the greatest doctor in the world. I remember the time my sister came home from her office with free trials of Zoloft!!!! My sister was only 13 at the time....COME ON NOW. She's always in a hurry.And she has one of the most non-caring personalities about her. The only reason i go to her is because its too hard to find a doctor in this town!!!!!

Dr. Locke has no people skills, has messed up prescriptions that have led to my mother having health problems. Had my mother discharged from the hospital (saying she was well) who then went into a coma for months. She then blamed the nursing staff (however her signature is on the discharge papers)! Incompetent, no accountability, should not be allowed to practice medicine!

There is no other Doctor (other that Trevor) I would place my complete trust in as I do her, I belive if it wasnt for her I would have died a number of yeas ago.
