I just left Dr. Moosavi's office and felt compelled to comment. She was genuine and amazing with me today. She listened to my concerns and addressed them in a caring and humourous way. I think she's great!

If you are looking for a doctor that makes a personal connection I would not advise her. She never made me feel comfortable I actually always left her office upset because of her rude comments and how rushed I always felt. She did not seem like she cared much and I was just another patient and paycheck to her. This is my first pregnancy and I as worried about a lot of things but when I would bring them up she would cut me off and say it wasn't a big deal and always made me feel like was a burden for asking questions. I would not recommend anyone to her if you want a caring and personal doctor to help you through your pregnancy.

I switched doctors to her when I saw how wonderful she was when my niece gave birth. I have been seeing Dr Moosavi for 12 years now and I will not go to anyone else. She is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Moossavi was great. I felt very comfortable with her. She answered all my questions (even the embarrassing ones) in a matter-of-fact and non-judgemental way.

I've never had a doctor treat me with as much respect as Dr. Moossavi. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, and she made sure to meet all of my needs. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Sort of hurried, and does not really emotionally care alot, just doing her job and that's it, all about her schedule and her income....

She did not make me feel comfortable at all and it was the first time every going to a ob gyn. She and the nurse staff treated me awful, because I was under 18. Though t he receptionist was really nice. She told me and my husband that my son had a 50/50 chance of living from a hereditary defect which I later found out with my second pregnancy I dont even have. And was very annoyed to find out my husband and I were keeping him. The nurse kept sending me for a glucose test even though i puke all 5 times. The when I want on birth control she told me very little about the shot and would not answer any of my questions and treated me like i was stupid for having concerns.

Doc Moosavi is a very straight shooter and won't tip toe around your feelings. I had a hard time getting used to this but at the end of the day it's what makes her a great OBGYN. She may come off as judgemental and cold but she's the opposite, you just need to get past the blunt exterior. She will joke around with you and has a very dry sense of humor. I see a lot of reviews with patients saying that her humor offended them but I can assure you, she's trying to joke around and get people open up. She does abruptly end appointments sometimes, but aside from her sometimes "questionable bedside manner " she's the best OB in the central Michigan area. If you want to have confidence and the ability to be completely open and honest with your doc, she's your woman. If you want someone to hold your hand and sugarcoat everything, find someone else. I prefer straightforward, honest, and strong doctors.
