The only doctor that takes time to listen and explain everything thoroughly. He doesn't haphazardly just prescribe you medications. He thoroughly assesses the patients presenting self and medical history. The best doctor I've ever had throughout my lifetime.

Have had this doctor for 14 years but with all of their prebookings a person cannot get into to see him. Receptionist is unwilling to work with patients.

This doctor is my family doctor. You might have to wait well past your appointment time but he’s honestly worth waiting for. He’s polite and always takes time to answer your questions. Always goes above and beyond!! Highly recommend

Dr Van heerden is the best. He is so kind and actually listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t rush in and out, he takes the time to actually talk to you and makes you feel like you are his #1 priority.

Dr. Van Heerden has been my family doctor for 14 years. He takes the time to listen to every single concern I have and always refers me to specialists when necessary. I admit, sometimes I go to the doctor for minor concerns because I am not the type of person to read up on medical issues on Google, and he has always taken me seriously and has never made me feel belittled. He also made me feel extremely comfortable during a breast exam. He has helped to figure out some of my low levels and I now receive B12 shots every 4 weeks. I just show up to the doctor's office and he brings me in the room for my shot in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this doctor. There is a reason he's always so busy and is no longer taking patients! People who get in with him don't leave!
