Technicians (females) were great & erred on the side of caution, but when Dr Friedman did my laser hair removal, in his arrogance ("giving me my money's worth") he burned me badly. He is NOT a dermatologist, just an MD who got minimal certification to run these (dangerous) machines. A REAL dermatologist who KNEW of Dr Friedman had experience with other of Dr Friedman's FORMER clients! Dr Friedman was very condescending to me& said "they're just like a bad sunburn--they'll be gone in a few days". I've never had a "sunburn" scab before -- nor last more than a week?! He also gave me NO privacy to get undressed NOR during the procedure - I've NEVER had anyone (male OR female) NOT leave the room for me to get undressed AND to give me at least a hand towel to cover myself for some degree of modesty. After SIX MONTHS I STILL had white circles on my legs as scars that wouldn't tan properly! It's been over 2 years now -- scars healed; worried about skin cancer because of the deep burns.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! After being a patient for 10 years Dr. Friedman has acted irresponsibly; he chose a product to inject underneath my eyes that is KNOWN to be problematic and IRREVERSABE, Radiesse. It is neither FDA nor licensed for use in the eye area. Even the manufacturer, Merz Aesthetics said it is not for the eye area yet Dr. Friedman chose it being aware of the increased risk and that he is liable. The safe choice of filler is Restylene, there is a way to remove it if challenges occur, keeping the patient safe. He provided no information nor offered me choices. 2 other doctors (a Plastic surg./ a Derm) both said "Not only is this the wrong product to use, but his placement was off, giving you bags" What is worse is how Dr. Bradley acts, uncaring. ,Dr. Friedman's defense is, that I signed a consent 10 yrs ago; DR. FRIEDMAN, SIGNING A CONSENT form DOES NOT exempt you from acting responsible, nor PERMIT YOU TO CHOOSE RISKY PRODUCTS, nor inject it improperly causing HARM.

The last time I was there I told him I did not want Radiesse injections in my cheecks and that I preferred Juvederm or Restyline. He advised that he was only using Radiesse and when right ahead before I could stop him. The result was I looked good for about 2 weeks and then the product caused me to look like a chipmunk. Dr. Bradley Friedman is a money grabbing not caring doctor! He always has to do a correction and then charges for it.

He told me we don't refund even if you are not satisfied with the service!!!! save your money and time and go somewhere else. BTW... I wated outside for 45 mins waiting for them to open, even tho their hours from 9:00am to 5:00PM.. the office end up opening by 11:00 am...you be the Judge!!!

I have gone to this office over the past 3 yrs and have been statisfied, however, I will never go back to this jerk. The nurse burned my skin so bad while giving me a IPL laser on my face and neck. It has scarred so badly and he won't even recorrect it. It has been a year and my skin is still scarred. He continues to say it will get better with aloe....haaaa. He wants me to buy a $1200 package to start recorrecting all the scarring they did to me. He is aweful and his girls are so rude. Even with an appointment, you are going to wait at least 45 minutes to get in. I hope everyone reads this and does not give their hard earned money to this arrogant, unprofessional greedy jerk.

Awful. Find another Doctor, does not explain the effects and results are not what was expected. When before and results were not the same, even though paid the same amount.

I have been COMPLETELY satisfied in the past, however, this week I had a "lost" appt (where I showed up & they were closed)...we rescheduled for the next day & I was ok with that. He comped me for the wasted numbing cream. Dr Friedman did the procedure--treatment on bikini line, legs, etc -- first, he offered me NO privacy to get undressed (even when I asked if I should get under a sheet). . .then he did my upper body and when he got to my lower legs he cranked from 20-21 joules. Every place he did with 21 joules gave me 1st degree burns (I think they border on 2nd but I kept aloe on ALL night to keep from blistering). He gave me aloe leaf to take home for the burning & said it'd be fine. VERY painful all night Next morning I called & he was to call back. 2-1/2 hours later I went there. He says"he only wanted to help me, not hurt me" and "just like a sunburn" Doesn't he WARN you against sunburns?! DON'T LET HIM WORK ON YOU, too cocky. Trust the ladies--they are GREAT. I won't be back

He will sell you anything he can. His staff informed me (behind his back) not to buy the products on display (very expensive face serums.) He displays product that is no longer ordered to get rid of it. He put silicone in my face and then said "oh, restylane is better" and wanted a lot more money. Years later I have lumps no one can remove. Don't give your money or face to this crook. He also has a lawyer friend, Jerry Green he tries to refer people to. He's a nightmare!
