I was referred by a friend’s friend to see Dr. Jason H. P. Wong yesterday and was impressed by the fact that he was such a good doctor. Before going I read some of the negative comments, but I trusted word-of-mouth referral and I’m glad I did go to see him. He was very experienced, very confident about solving my problem and told me sincerely what was worth and what was not. He explained things to me in a way that I could fully understand and I really appreciate that. I got lucky, as someone just canceled so I had the surgery today. So far I’m feeling good! I did wait a bit but it’s understandable: I saw him working without a lunch break yesterday and so many patients were waiting. We can’t want to be on time and meanwhile keep asking questions. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Wong: he is very professional, sincere and knowledgeable. The staff yesterday was a very nice and patient young girl. The hospital staff are also super nice and helpful.

from first contact by Bertha, Dr. Wong’s secretary, the whole thing from booking appointment to the arrangement of operation at the hospital, are all very smooth and very well organized in timely basis. Dr. Wong is very friendly and patient to talk with, definitely not like some people complained here (which scared me a little before I talked to Dr. Wong). I have nothing to complain but grateful to Bertha, Dr. Wong and professionals at Hospital.

Dr. Jason Wong is an excellent doctor – always professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained whole operation issues and performed my dad’s operation of colon cancer successfully. We trust him because of his professionalism and pleasant personality! Thank you very much Dr. Wong!

Dr. Wong was an ok doctor but had a very bad bedside manner. He seemed knowledgable but this point I'm unsure because he would not allow us to ask questions and keep cutting us off when we tried to ask questions. His straightforward attitude and sarcasm does nothing to calm patients and patient's family.

The worst is his secretary. She is very rude to Chinese patients with a very condescending tone just because the patient doesn't speak English. I was with my father during his appointment and the comments the secretary made in English was just very rude thinking we did not understand. When I called to cancel the appointment for my father for personal reasons, the secretary turned very nasty and started making unfound accusations about why we needed to cancel, which is none of her business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for someone working in the medical field. There was no respect for the patient or patient's family as well as patient's confidentiality. WILL NOT RECOMMEND due to the UNPROFESSIONAL staff. - not the doctor.

Dr. Jason Wong is an excellent doctor – always professional, very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. He diagnosed my cancer early when he performed my appendectomy. I always go to him for my check ups and colonoscopies; I trust him because of his professionalism and pleasant personality! Thank you Dr. Wong!

He must have operated on me on a bad day because I am still in pain after a year. Watch out he tries to upsell a colonoscopy right after surgery. Get a second opinion
