I wish I had seen Dr. Mjanger long ago. He is the most professional physician I’ve encountered. A strong listener, with knowledge, confidence and a passion for his work in medicine. He first saw me on an urgent request from an M.D., (at AVMC) same day, when inconsistent symptoms had reappeared. The hysterectomy is over, ending months of stress. Dr. Mjanger also came into the office on the morning of a day of vacation so that he could take care of a few post-op patients personally. When you talk with his office staff, you know they hold him in their highest regard. I have been treated with kindness and respect by other competent physicians, but Dr. Mjanger is a preeminent physician, the kind that other doctors should aspire to be.

I have suffered from endometriosis for many years and had several surgeries by other doctors with very little relief of my pain. Dr Mjanger did robotic surgery on me and now I am pain free. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and has the best bedside manners of any doctor that I have seen in the past.

I have been seeing Dr. Mjanger for about 20 years and he is the best. Always gentle and kind and he did a fabulous job with 2 surgeries I needed. He always finds the problem right away with proper tests and doesn't mess around with delaying procedures. I love him. If you want to see him on time, you just have to go to the new Woodbury office but dr.'s that deliver babies often get called away and get behind. He is worth the wait though.

Very professional. However, he was on call when I delivered instead of my usual doctor, and was very grumpy about that. He barely said a word to me the entire time, not even 'hi.' As he was leaving, he asked if it was a boy or girl - he hadn't even noticed when delivering the baby! It would have been nice of him to show a little enthusiasm or acknowledge me.

My mother had prolaps of her uterus and her vagina and urinary incontinence and other doctors gave her pessary that kept falling out. Finally she was referred to Dr. Mjanger and he did robotic surgery on her and had her home the next day. She has done very well since. She had very little pain after the surgery and is not leeaking urine any longer.

He is known to be the best gynecologic surgeon in town. He has operated on me, my mother , my sister and two of my friends and none of us stayed more then one night in the hospital. We all did well and are recommending him to all our friends that may need gynecologic surgery

Dr Mjanger took care of me through 3 pregnancies, one of which was extremely high risk and he saved my life once. He is very popular so you may wait a little bit longer than you'd like but it's worth it especially when you're the one with the questions!! He is knowledgable and personable, and very very good at what he does!!

Thank you Dr. Mjanger for saving my uterus so I could have two beautiful babies. I had bad endometriosis and my former doctor recommended hysterectomy after two laparascopic surgeries. A friend referred me to Dr. Mjanger and he performed laparascopic surgery on me and removed most of the endometriosis and I have since given birth to a boy and a girl. I highly recommend Dr. Mjanger if you are suffering from endometriosis because he is a great surgeon.
