He is an extremely rude, arrogant male. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this doctor except his rating on punctuality and that is only because I feel he's punctual because no one else wants to go to him unless they absolutely have to. We are further ahead going to a walk-in clinic than wasting our time going to this non-doctor.

I have never felt so discouraged after leaving his office. He is not friendly at all, hard to talk to, doesn't take anything about mine or my sons health seriously and has no clue what he is doing. Does not take the time to evaluate your concerns, brushes everything off, and instead of being compassionate, treats you like you are stupid and don't know anything. He needs to go so that I can get a doctor that cares about my health and treats me like a person.

Dr. O'Niel is extremely arrogant and has no problem making you feel like an idiot for even asking questions. He has no empathy or compassion, and its like pulling teeth with him to get a referral or tests done if it means he has to do more work. I personally have never had a positive experience with him. His personality is flat, arrogant and matter of fact. As a female he made me feel uncomfortable when it came to getting pap smears done. A member of my family went to him because she found an abnormal lump on her chest, Dr.O'neil shook it off and said it was nothing. My family member got a second opinion and she was diagnosed with cancer shortly after.

Dr. O'Neil is as efficient as they come. You never wait for your appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable and researches case history and external resources when required. He is open to suggestion for alternative treatments and is prepared to discuss issues. He doesn't waste your time, or his. Sorry to those who think he's short or arrogant - you should try dealing with yourself. He should teach some of these other practitioners on how to run a practice. My health is in my hands and he's my guide. Tks. Dr. O'Neil.

I find this doctor very, very knowledgeable, has great empathy, can be short at times but overall I really feel confident in his diagnosis at all times. Has been very good to me.

Dr O'Neil is considered to be a knowledgable anjd efficient family doctor. He is always available and wait times to see him for a consultation are fully acceptable. You never sit in the waiting area to see him, as is the case with many of the other doctors. I have no complaints whatsoever and I am happy to have Dr O'Neil as my doctor

Dr. O'Neil has never kept me waiting for an appointment. In our first appointment he said the my time was as important as his and that he would not keep me waiting and expected the same from me. He has always been direct and honest and I really appreciated that.

I have been his patient for 10 years now, and have nothing negative about how I am treated. He is always jovial and to the point. Don't waste his time and be prepared to do as he recommends and you will get along fine with him.
