This so called doctor took my husband of his statins because he wanted to “rock the boat” since he was doing so well. A year later, while cycling my husband had a heart attack. He never followed up nor did he check on my husband while he was in patient and had to have a double bypass because of his incompetence. In hindsight, we should’ve sued.

After all these years, I like to say that Dr. Stephen J, Schnugg had missed diagnose my condition and uselessly performed an operation to put a stent in my heart back in 2004. He never follows up on my condition after the operation. It seems like he tried to pass on his responsibility to his assistant every time I came in for a follow up.

I was transferred to the Grants Pass offce. Doctor was friendly, personable and knowledgeable, did a thorough review of my meds, office provided quick follow up on echocardiogram results. No issues, and he was prompt.

Absolutely the worst doctor. Horrible experience. No willingness to explain conditions. Used extremely harsh tones. Messed up in a dangerous procedure. Would not admit fault. Caused severe pain. No resolution.

He was wonderfully personable, knowledgable and treated me with respect. I was given great education about my condition.

I was given a very inappropriate breast exam by Dr. Schnugg. Scared of retribution I did not say anything at the time. I now regret that. On a follow up visit I refused to see him and saw his colleague Dr. Patterson who treated me rudely after I refused to work with Dr. Schnugg. I wrote a letter to the office manager explaining the situation and why I felt hurt and refused to work with these doctors. I then chose a different office in Grants Pass and was cold shouldered as this clinic worked together with Cardiology Consultants of Medford. As a result I left feeling like I had been victimized and then treated rudely for finally speaking out. I would not recomend Cardiology Consultants of Medford or their Grants Pass colleagues based on this very unprofessional treatment.
