Trimas dropped me because I hadn't reached an A1C level within his time frame. I'd gone from 15+ to 9.1 in 6 months time but that wasn't sufficient. He didn't check to find that my husband had lost his job, that we were subsisting on my salary alone, nor the stress levels involved. His staff were semi-helpful at the best. I wish there was a category on caring. He is knowledgeable about medicine, just not people.
