Dr Paris is a pompus and arrogant person who likes to look impressive in front of his students. To think this man is training future doctors is a sad state for WNY healthcare. He talks for the sake of hearing himself talk and has no respect for nurses and patient's family who may be just as qualified to judge and patient condition as he is.
