I too, have been going to Maria since she started in Sackville, and totally would not change Drs. The wait is long to see her, but she is so personal and understanding. I was not noitfied by mail of her new address, but everytime I call for a appointment, still after 6 months or more they ask me if I know the address.

She is very informative & takes the time to answer all your questions. If she doesn't know the answer about some drug, she refers to her reference books to get the answer right away.

Maria has been my doctor since she first began her medical career and although you have to book appointments well in advance she is worth seeing. If she is unable to see you - she works only 2 days a week now - there is always another physician who will. I wouldn't change doctors if you paid me! :)

I have been with Dr Alexiadis since she started taking over for Dr. Lynn Mossman in Sackville. I have always loved her and my girls love her too. She will always take a sick child asap. I don't particualarly like that I have to wait a month or so to see her when I book but I deal with it. If it is something I prefer done by her (pap) I make sure I book in plenty of time. If I do not Have to see her, I will see one of the other Doctors in the group. I think if a lot of the patients would stop going to her for every little sniffle or pimple, maybe it wouldn't take so long to see her. Stop and think about it. Do you really need to go for a cold? Antibiotics don't work for colds and there goes 15 wasted minutes.....Just my opinion.

Ihave gone to this Dr. for years, but during the last couple have been sadly dissatisfied. She is too busy to practice good medicine. Very limited time in office, (you can however see someone else in her practice, who is totally unfamiliar with you). I have a young son with "not yet diagnosed stomach problems". He has gone numerous times for this, some tests were done, the last most recently in Dec./06, I had to contact the office almost 2 months later for results, the receptionist rudely informed me if I didn't hear anything the tests must be normal. I attempted to rebook another appointment with the Dr. and had to wait yet another month. Unfortunately my son still has the problem and I felt it was time to move on to someone that had the time to practice medicine. By the way she is not in Bedford anymore, she moved - and didn't send any change of address notices to her patients - that in itself says it all.

Dr A is kind, knowledgeable and very caring! She only works two days a week, so you have to wait usually a month or so to get an appointment to see her. I have to say though she is totally worth the wait! She is the best!
