Dr. London is courteous and attentive. She may not always know the answer but she is always willing to help you find it. I have a lengthy and complicated medical history and she worked through any residual problems and was more than capable of treating my symptoms. Great with recommendations and following through. Makes time for emergency visits. Responds to e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner. As long as I am in Boston she will be my GP. Staff is helpful even though they may not be adequately trained. Do not see her NP. Abrupt, and unqualified. Couldn't even draw blood.

With the exception of one NP there who is lovely, my experiences with this office have been highly unpleasant. Unfriendly reception (possibly due to understaffing), an inflexible refill policy (the more times you must be seen in person, the more times you must fork over a co-pay!), an office that could use a serious scrubbing, and a physician with a mouth like a sailor do not a happy doctor's visit make. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Wants you to come in as often as possible--which no one wants to do! Standard of care says "see dr every three to six months," you can bet she'll make you come in every three to beg for a rx refill--which you must hand-carry to pharmacy (which then loses the paper, so you must pay for another long, useless Dr visit to replace). Also, shabby office, but that seems to be the standard for GPs around here.

I had gone to her for quite some time. The first time I went I was going for a skin issue and they started prepping me for a pap smear. I'm not sure how they possibly mixed that up. At one point she was about to go on vacation and came into the room to examine me when I was sick wearing her coat and with her suitcase in the door. Took a throat culture and left without any questions. She pretty much just ran out. It was weird. Another time she swore like 5 times during my appointment. Her staff is awful, one time they were training and made me wait 20 minutes to pay because the receptionist wouldn't tell the girl training how to categorize my payment. I was on my lunch break and finally just asked the receptionist to help her. They are extremely rude when you call. It's also very messy in there. I used them very infrequently but ultimately don't know why I did, it was an awful experience every time.

Did not listen to me. Put me on medication I did not need. Overall a very bad experience.

Dr. London did not return my calls for days, after I left many messages stating that I needed a prescription refilled. I finally used her emergency number out of desperation (the prescription was vital) after three days had passed, and she didn't even respond to that. When she finally did answer her emergency number it was only to tell me to never call that number unless I was having a heart attack, even after I explained that I was unable to get in touch with ANY human being at her office or have any of my calls returned over three days. She simply hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Her partner left the practice. She is always screaming and stressed. Would not recommend because of her attitude.

Dr. London is fantastic. She has really taken her time with me every time I've gone to see her. I really like how her sons help her in the clinic and the signs supporting country wide health care.

Dr. London gets my highest recommedation. I saw her for 2 years and she delivered my first child. If you are looking for a midwivery approach with an MD, she fits the bill. She is almost always on time and always has plenty of time for each patient.
