I've had ongoing and worsening abdominal pain for the past three years that Dr. Hiltz declines to investigate, I believe because my insurance has a poor reimbursement ratio. I'm a well educated individual that self-advocates but in my experience Dr. Hiltz consistently presents himself as arrogant with a poor bedside manner.

Dr. Hiltz and everyone at their office is awful. They never return phone calls and their alck of compassion for people ill with gastro diseases is ridiculous. My mother was ill for two weeks before they did anything or found out what was wrong with her. He is awful, awful, awful and has no bedside compassion or never offered any real diagnosis or assistance.
