I had her father as my doctor before he retired and then I got Mona. She’s awesome. To those blaming her for getting themselves addicted to narcotics. An Addict will always blame others for their issues. That’s not okay. If you have questions? ASK HER! Don’t put the blame on her for not answering things the way you want her to. It’s not fair to her. She’s a wonderful doctor and I have a lot of respect for her

Dr. Cassis was great when I first started seeing her. Now, I have lost all respect for her when she told me there was nothing more she could do for me. She really didn’t do a lot in the first place because she always sent me to someone else. All she did for me was get me addicted to narcotics and because she and all the other doctors I have been referred to, cannot find what is wrong with me, the drug store is now flagging the narcotics that I am on. Meaning, they want to cut me down on them and without them, I would not be able to get through the day. I am being made to suffer because no one can find what is wrong with me. There is something terribly wrong with this picture. I need to find a doctor that will never give up on someone and make them feel that they are not loosing their mind. If anyone has any suggestions on a great family doctor here in Lethbridge, Alberta, please let me know. Thank youj

Dr Cassis has been my family doctor for 20 years, she has seen me through every major illness (and minor) with integrity and kindness. If she wasn’t sure she found me a specialist, if I needed a test she had it run and when I just needed the support she has been there too. There is a time for prescriptions and there is a time for help and she has always been able to tell the difference. Thank you!

She doesn't listen to what I say to her and won't push for me to get the medical help I need. Severely disappointed. Great person, super nice, but she doesn't listen to me when I tell her specific things.

My family has been with Mona for as long as I can remember. I love her like family and I will take my children to her when the time comes.

Dr. Cassis is a bit of an old school doctor. Upon entering you feel like you're stepping into an office in the 60s. Aside from that, she is very kind, and very easy to talk to. She tries her best to do for you what she can. However, I have come to notice she is very quick to prescribe you pills as a solution, opposed to getting down to the specific issue. Her punctuality is pretty terrible, but that's common practice in the medical field. There has been several times where I have gone for tests and have not received any sort of feedback on my results. I guess no news is good news, but it would be nice to get an update after serious testing. She really needs to update her office as she does not offer much to be done there. Everything is referred to someone else. All in all she is a good doctor. I will continue to go to her.
