the staff is terrible, very rude on the phone, very long wait, hard to get appt., family Dr??? no she is all about the hollistic ($$$). As soon as I get my latest lab tests I am out of there!

Expect long waits (an hour in the waiting room, 45 minutes in the exam room). I have not had a problem with them referring me to a specialist if and when I need one however, I called last week with a bladder infection and would told that they could not see me until the end of August and I could call back every day to see if there was a cancellation. I am switching doctors.

Very long waits even with scheduled appointments. Very unsympathetic staff regarding making same-day urgent appointments. Drug co sales representatives are ALWAYS there to see staff and get in to see them well before patients. Frequently misdiagnose, don't follow up to find correct diagnoses. Took about 2 months to get results of pap, blood tests; I had to keep calling. I've VERY disappointed, do not recommend.

Unless things have improved at his office, expect long waits for an appointment and on the day of your appointment, bring something to read, knit, compose or invent while you wait to see Dr. Rashidi. I left this doctor's office because I found it impossible to schedule an appointment with Doctor Rashidi in a time frame that met my needs.

terrible experience. she's only concerned about selling her "vitamins" and supplements. More like visitng an amway dealer.

Dr. Rashidi is my primary care physician, but I will not return to this office because of the office staff. They make decisions that effect patient care for which they are not qualified.

Very expert in women's issues, alternative methods, nutrition. She knew more about our rare genetic condition than anyone we've ever seen. Not a good choice for a primary MD for us though, cannot wait for months for appointments with our disorder's emergency conditions. But she does VERY in depth testing we've been unable to get elsewhere, and figured out how to fix issues without meds that we are allergic to!

Great physician! Very knowledgeable in both conventional and alternative medicine. Dr. Rashidi is very caring and will give you quality time. She is extremely popular and thus you may have to wait to see her, but it's worth the wait.

Worth it, amazing. She's undoubtedly had a vast amount of knowledge that was helpful in my diagnosis and treatment. I'd recommend her to anyone.
